How do I claim my cash reward?

Once you have redeemed your points for cash, an SMS will be sent to your phone with a code and instructions on how to claim your money at your nearest Shoprite Holdings store (Shoprite, Checkers and Checkers Hyper). The person who needs to receive the money takes his or her official SA ID, the money transfer reference number and PIN number that was sent from Carling Black Label to any Shoprite Money Market counter country wide to collect their cash rewards. There is no charge for the collection of cash rewards.

Once you have redeemed your points for airtime, an SMS from your service provider will be sent directly to your phone to inform you of the virtual top-up airtime value loaded on the phone.
